Your Tasks:
Disciplinary management of customer test management teams
Responsible for the collection of customer requirements in the "Test & Safety"; Monitor compliance with this internal in test instances
Responsible for establishing a customer interface for all relevant test subjects
Responsible for the creation of global test strategies
Create budget plans and subsequent monitoring
Plan of investments in terms of test equipment in terms of global test strategies and defined milestones
Definition of uniform Reports
Specifying metrics to monitor the test processes
Advancing process improvement and quality initiatives in the field test and validation
Your Profile:
Completed university degree in automotive engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science or equivalent qualification
Relevant professional experience in test management for driver assistance systems, ISTQB, Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262
Experience in the context of leadership
Extensive knowledge in the context of budget planning
experience in the field of a globally oriented Matrix structure
Experience in project planning and monitoring in connection with MCS or comparable Development Tools
knowledge in the field of camera-based driver assistance systems
Good communication skills and poise
Solid written and spoken English
