Our client is currently setting up a new business division and aiming to provide the next generation of innovative communications solutions.

On behalf of our client, Manning Global is currently look for:

Position Title: Direct Sales Manager
Position Type: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Dusseldorf, Germany

Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of tools to stay in constant contact with online retailers.
- Introduce reward systems, both monetary and non-monetary, to motivate retailers to sell as many products as possible.
- Development and implementation of Dashboard to enable resellers to track their performance and rewards.
- Provide resellers with strategies and instruments to improve their performance in selling the company's product.
- Coordinate all activities related to collecting feedback from retailers regarding their experiences with selling the products.
- Constantly review the pool of resellers to identify and reward the best performers and let go the non-performers.
- Determine the viability and if applicable implement a network of (offline) sales agents in addition to the online-reseller model.
- Development and implementation of strategies to recruit new (online) resellers.

Qualifications/Professional experiences Required:
- Degree ideally in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Experiences in mobile communications devices.
- Proven track record in customer contact.
- E-commerce skills, experience in direct online sales.
- Strong analytical understanding, creative and copywriting skills.
- Conceptual, organizational skills.
- High sense of responsibility and one's own initiative.
- Strong communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English language skills, other languages are a plus.
