Tasks:- Technical leadership of Project Team members
- Coordination of component development for an electronic Chassis Suspension System in passenger cars in respect to customer requirements, internal System and Quality Standards, cost Targets and Timing Goals
- Development of air suspension Systems in the Competence Center Systems & Functions / Application & Projects
- Project Management, System and Software developers (including test Areas, vehicle Dynamics, development Areas in Sibiu and regions), Quality engineers
- Technical communication with all Project Groups and Teams in ESS, plant, customer and supplier
- Project tracking and Report of technical Project Status
- Estimation of technical risks
- Assignment of responsibilities and Interface Agreement with customer (for technical Contents)
- Import of customer requirement documentation and alignment to requirement engineers
- Tracking of requirement evaluation
- Provide customer product documents (clarify customer demands and find solution with responsible Teams)
- Find, evaluate, estimate and track Change Managements issues (effort, Timing, risks)
- Collection of Project documentation and coordination of delivery to customer and suppliers
Skills:
- Knowledge of Standard processes (V-Modell)
- Knowledge of AUTOMOTIVE SPICE
- Knowledge of System components Prozess life cycle (PLC)
- Review & release of development results/parts
- Assistance for optimization of development processes used in CC Systems & Functions
- System and Software-Test
- Track work packages in MKS
- Import, tracking and Export customer requirement specifications in DOORS
- Creation of time schedules with MS-Project
- Documentation in WORD, Excel, Visio and Powerpoint
