o 6+ Yrs. of IT Infrastructure management experience.o Datacenter Operations and Management (e.g. Racking, Stacking and Patch Panelling)
o Provisioning and Racking of hardware
o Network Operations (Installing and Configuring Switches, Routers and VLANs etc.)
o Proficiency in managing the Firewalls and related appliances (e.g. F5 and Polo Alto)
o Good Experience on Windows Server Admin, Active Directory, Windows Server Operating Systems along with PowerShell Scripting
o Excellent Troubleshooting Skills (Hardware, OS)
o Working experience with Server, Network and Storage Deployments
o Working knowledge on Networking hardware and concepts
o Good understanding of TCP, IP and other network protocols. Familiarity with DNS, DHCP and other network services.
o Work Experience in using iLO/DRAC/KVMoIP
o Migration and decommissioning of hardware
o Experience on supporting SAN infrastructure
o Storages: SAN and NAS storages (e.g. NetApp etc.)
o Understanding of Cloud Computing (e.g. Azure or Azure Stack)
Desirable Technical Skills:
o Experience on Cloud Computing and Virtualization
o Knowledge of Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) certifications in Windows 2008 or Windows2012.
Mandatory Functional Skills:
o Strong customer relations experience
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple geographically dispersed teams
