Help our grocery shopping app gain new users through influencers’ promotion

Hi!

We’re Compelling Software, a start-up based in Denmark that wants to grow our market
presence in Germany. We are looking for a German based influencer manager that will be
our local contact and manage influencers under a fixed price contract that covers both the
fees for the influencer manager and the influencers. What we want is an all-inclusive
proposal from an influencer manager that helps us promote the app with a specific number
of Instagram (IG) story views OR Youtube (YT) video views.

The product to be promoted on either IG or YT is our grocery shopping app, Grosh. Among
other functions, the app allows you to:

? Create grocery shopping lists, that comes with intelligent suggestions based on your
purchase patterns and are shareable with e.g. friends and family

? Create own recipes and bookmark recipes you find online or in our recipe collection
published by other Grosh users - and share these in our social food network

Your tasks:
? Based on your network of local influencers, you should identify suitable influencers:
? IG at least 50.000 followers
? YT at least subscribers
? An audience and interests that match our core Grosh users: adult persons
living in a household with more than 2 members (households with high
grocery consumption). We are looking for average middle class people, e.g.
mothers with a couple of kids that need to be efficient in their grocery
shopping.
? Select a number of influencers suitable to promote the app, such that we as a
minimum will get
? IG: 30.000 story views e.g. 10% conversion rate of 2 influencers with 50.000
followers making 3 stories
? YT: video views e.g. 25% conversion rate of 1 influencers with
subscribers making 3 videos
? We want to see and approve the chosen influencers before you make a contract with
them
? Manage the contract with the influencers and negotiate and pay out compensation to
them
? Work with influencers on effective content to be posted on social media (e.g. unique
and clever features of the app, download links, etc)
? Follow up on them posting and report back to us on the progress of the campaign
(status on the influencer activities, posted material and reach, interaction on posts)

We expect from the influencers to:
? IG
? Make 4-6 stories each: the first 2 stories in one day and the following 2
another day (each story lasting 15 sec, exclusively about the app). They will
present the app to their community, and integrate a swipe up link that brings
the users directly to the App-Store or Google Play to make it as easy and fast
as possible for them to download.
? In Instagram, you can add links in stories as explained in here:

? You can only add one link, so the one that should be used is this one

? This will open a page that detects which device the user has and then open
up appstore or google play (if using normal computer, the page tells the user
to run this on his phone)
? PS The influencer needs more than 10,000 followers to have this function, but
that should not be a problem.

? YT
? Make 1-2 videos each presenting the app as part of a video post, where the
app is included for at least one minute of each video
? Add download links to Appstore and Google Play inside the video
? In Youtube, you can add links in videos as explained in here:

? You may add links to iTunes / Appstore and Google play as they have been
approved by Youtube as “merchandise sites” that you are allowed to link to.

? Links with images are most effective, so the youtuber may want to use

? PS The influencer must be apart of the Youtube partner program, but they
probably already are this to earn money from their videos.

? Make sure to select the right language (English) and app version (Grosh 3.0) is used
when showing the app. Both the information are showed and can be managed under
“Settings”.

? Show how to use the app in everyday life and the benefit derived from its use, e.g.
? Shoot the video while planning your shopping trip
? While using the app in the supermarket
? While cooking from a recipe in the Grosh recipes database

? Show the features that make the app unique:
? Show how the suggestions tab of the shopping list works: Grosh remembers
your shopping habits, therefore it suggests you what you probably need to
buy. Suggestions based on user’s shopping patterns will appear after some
time of use.
? Food Social Network : Users can share and look up recipes through the app
on the Meals screen. If they add their own recipe, they can add a picture of
and the ingredients needed. If their friends follow them in Grosh, they can see
the added recipe and get inspiration in their daily cooking.
? Price Crowdsourcing feature: if you opt in for price crowdsourcing, and spend
a second or two more when you shop an item to register price, the app will
give you access to the entire database of prices for everyday groceries to let
you find good offers for what you need
? Always show the app in online mode - so the influencer should be connected
via 3G / 4G when using the app in the store. If the app goes offline, only a
subset of the features are available. A unique feature of the app that is not
available when offline is ordering the list according to the layout of the store
(first items that are placed first in the specific store).
? Barcode scanning (next to add item box): add items to the list using barcode
scanning. This feature makes the user save time for the following shopping
trips. Scanning barcodes might require you to teach the system the specific
barcode before shooting the video - Grosh crowdsources its data from the
users.

We expect you to:
? Have experience with promoting apps
? Have experience working with influencers
? Provide periodical spreadsheet report showing the project advancement
? IG: Link to story, post date, results in number of views (Forward s screenshot
taken by the influencer showing of the number of story views for the story),
number of likes and interactions
? YT: Link to videos, post date, results in number of views, number of likes and
interactions
