Für unseren Kunden in Karlsruhe (als Alternative Berlin oder Montabaur) suchen wir einen Visual Designer (m/w).Tasks:
- Conceptualize, code and realize digital creatives for brand and performance marketing channels (such as Social Media, CRM, Display/SEA)
- Based on given Master Ads: Execute multiple amendments to a very high standard of accuracy and have great attention to detail
- Consistently deliver and improve creatives across all channels
- Define creative production standards
- Collaborating with the communications teams on all kinds of advertising related design-tasks
- Collaborating with third parties and media agencies in project managing multi-banner
Requirements:
- Highly motivated self-starter and a good team player
- A get things done, with a go-getter attitude and a hands-on mentality.
- Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into engaging designs
- Proven ability in conception, realization and adaption of compelling digital creatives for a variety of digital platforms.
- Sufficient experience in Visual Design
- Extensive knowledge of HTML5 / CSS3
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Sketch
- High attention to detail
- An affinity for current industry developments, technologies and design trends
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative, and creative problem solving skills
- Very good English skills
