  • Coordination with end users and business users on support activities.

  • Bug fixes, enhancements, testing
  • Troubleshooting

    • Must have

  • 7+ years of experience
  • English and German speakers
  • SAP MM/WM support experience.
  • Experience on Implementations and support projects
  • Expertise in configurations, setups, data loads, reporting and working with global teams for Technical resolutions
  • Experience in working with business end users and gathering requirement and building documents on Functional design and specifications.
