Dear all,for our client in Frankfurt we are seeking for an experienced User Experience Designer (m/f).
Tasks:
• work on user stories and the related sub-tasks in a 2 weeks’ sprint rhythm in an agile environment (provide a modern and advanced user experience for a Customer Portal)
• Conception of service blueprints
• Composition of context of use including other usability concepts (e.g. Accessibility)
• delivering in heterogeneous and complex environments
• Agile delivery
• User story lifecycles
• Usability Testing
• Interview techniques for structured customer feedback rounds
• Research of customer behavior and use of context
• Experience with financial industry
• Usability definition in context of internet channels and customer portals
Skills:
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as User Experience Designer
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience within digital projects with proven record of delivery in the area of Internet Channels
• Completed degree in Design, Strategy, Psychology or related field of studies
• knowledge of Design Thinking and Lean UX methods
• Profound experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or Rapid-Prototyping solutions
• Scrum methodology and solid experience working in a cross-functional development team
• Lean UX
• JIRA/CONFLUENCE
• Good communicator combined with a self-confident appearance for workshop moderation with large groups
• Exceptional organisational and analytical skills - focused and effective in problem solving
• Languages: English, preferred German
