TätigkeitenbeschreibungFür unseren Kunden, ein technisch innovatives Unternehmen aus dem Raum Hagen, suchen wir ab Dezember zwei Project Manager Health Checks & Coaching (m/w).
Aufgaben:
* Health checks will be applied to internal IT-Projects:
Checks of the scope definition (“Requirements Description Health Check”)
Checks of the architecture and solution (“Solution Description Health Check”)
Checks of the running projects (“Project Health Check”).
* For the most important projects the health checks will be done in general on a weekly basis. The findings are discussed with the IT-internal project managers and coaching will be applied if necessary to ensure that the projects and its management improve in managing time, scope and quality.
* On a higher level a method to measure the success of the PMO and the health check activities has to be defined beforehand.
* The PMO (Project Management Office) is responsible to ensure that the IT Project Manager are doing their job in the best possible way:
leadership of multi-disciplinary projects and their dependencies
integrate key suppliers and partners into the project teams
facilitate quality planning and active risk management
provide clear and in-time communication of project information to relevant stakeholders
help to motivate the team, build-up a stable project environment and a fun place to work
establish resource management and project effort estimation
support the specialists in necessary change processes
collaborate with interdisciplinary and international teams
support in issue and risk management
comparison of plan vs. actual costs and effort
support for presentations towards the steering committee and boards
Für diese Aufgabenstellung sollten Sie über die folgenden Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen verfügen:
* Higher level of Project Management Certification (PMI, Prince2) or proven track record of successful management of large, global, interdisciplinary, international and intercultural projects and programs
* A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a project manager or a manager of a PMO
* Willingness to embrace different cultures and communicate with IT colleagues from all countries
* Willingness to travel is currently not required but may be necessary in the future
* We have an SAP Strategy so knowledge of basic principles of SAP required and at least experience in one SAP module will be an advantage in a lot of our projects
* Very good skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project are required
* Must be fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
* Structured and self-organized work attitude is needed
* Leadership competence, excellent communication skills, independent and team-oriented work method as well as great social skills
