Die AS-SYSTEME -mit Hauptsitz in Stuttgart- agiert seit mehr als 25 Jahren als unabhängiges IT-Beratungs- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen in Deutschland.
Unser Fokus liegt in der Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen und dem effizienten Einsatz der IT in Unternehmen. Wir unterstützen unsere Kunden bei der erfolgreichen Bewältigung des technologischen Wandels in der IT durch die Entwicklung und den Einsatz skalierbarer, effizienter und flexibler IT Lösungen.
Darüber hinaus beschäftigen wir uns mit den Herausforderungen „Industrie 4.0“ und Digitalisierung für Mittelstandskunden.

Für unser Kundenprojekt in Stuttgart suchen wir Unterstützung auf freiberuflicher Basis als

Technical Test Manager (m/w)
Tasks
Develop test strategy, methodology and test plan. Set up environment.
Provide support for test environment set up and operational procedures
Review requirements and derive test cases. Introduce and apply appropriate test tools
Perform operational acceptance testing, performance test, and automation tests. Obtain approvals from all relevant stakeholders involved. Assist with related system acceptance processes
Provide guidance from QA perspective in regards to non-functional standards
Produce status and final test reports
Record, retest and manage defects
Present expert technical direction and collaborate with various teams across IT units and the business
Experience
English and German, fluent in speaking and writing
Solid knowledge and hands on experience with non-functional requirements, appropriate test tools, industry standard automation and performance test tools
Advanced understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, security obligations, and audit regulations
Be driven, self-motivated, solution oriented, and able to think out of the box
Familiar with extensive and complex processes of an intercultural, wide spread corporation
Willingness to take over ownership and perform tasks in a timely manner
End-to-end delivery attitude; responsible completion of the tasks assigned, including extensive administrative overhead, stakeholder involvement, problem solving and status reporting
Affinity to Agile Project Management approaches, and testing methodologies
Applicable certifications (e g. ISTQB)
Start: Januar 2018 – till 31.3.2018
Location: Stuttgart Travel to BU locations within Europe where needed
100% Onsite 3 – 4 days a week
