Für die Mitwirkung bei der Einführung von SPICE-3 suchen wir einen projekterfahrenen Coach zur operativen Unterstützung dieses Prozesses.
Unser Kunde ist ein namhafter TIER-1-Lieferant. Er entwickelt und produziert Kfz-Komfort- und Sicherheitssysteme, die mit elektrischen Antrieben ausgestattet sind; sowie entsprechende Ansteuerelektroniken.
Résumé:
The SPICE-3 project will define and introduce new or modified development processes for EE, which will enable us to effectively develop products internationally and achieve a certification of Level 3 according to the Automotive SPICE 3.0 model. The processes and methods will first be introduced in two pilot projects. These pilot projects are ECUs, in which the "system" consists of electronic hardware and software as well as mechanical design.
Scope of Work:
- Coach the pilot project engineers on how to use the processes, checklists, templates and tools defined by the SPICE-3 project.
- Role model for the pilot project engineers. Demonstrate how to effectively use these processes & tools. "Show them how to do it"
- Support the pilot projects in their use of the new tools and processes.
- Monitor and report the degreee of usage and the success and acceptance of the new processes / tools in the pilot projects.
- Ensure that the pilot projects are working in compliance with ASPICE processes including the outcome of work products.
- Monitor the pilot project status and analyze/report the contribution of the new processes to the pilot project results.
- Preparation of the pilot project teams for formal ASPICE assessments.
- Support the pilot project teams in communication of the pilot project status as well as the degree of adoption of new processes & methods.
- Propose process improvements based on the inputs from the pilot project team and on the results of the pilot project.
