For our client in North Rhine-Westphalia we're currently looking for a Digital Marketing Expert (m/f).
Project tasks:
- Strategize the Digital Marketing part of data use cases, while using highly innovative Adtech and Data solutions
- Plan and execute the web, SEO/SEA, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns with the business, mostly as part of proof of concepts
- Lead/coach teams that are lacking time and enthuse local business to integrate data and performance marketing into campaigns
- Assure local stakeholders are involved and have a view on the needs that arise from Retail Data use cases.
- Steer creation and improvement of creative material, especially for segments and audiences. E.g. Customer Match and lookalike campaigns.
Skills required:
- Analytical skills: experiments and conversion tests
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Understand journey digitization and how to drive customers to web in relation to conversion improvement
- Sound understanding of AB testing, multivariate email testing, optimization tools, Google Analytics/ 360 suite, website recording tools and tagging solutions
- Ability to report and give advise on how to optimize UX.
- Create material e.g. bannering, copy, make sure that timely and accurate delivery is done
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
