CRM Analyst | Germany | 6 months
CRM Analyst competences & experiences:
- Bachelor´s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems
- END-TO-END understanding of business processes in the telecoms domain
- END-TO-END understanding of IT environments and processes
- Good practical experience in technical design
- Good understanding of German (written and spoken) would be a huge advantage
CRM Analyst task & responsibilities:
- Measure between Architects, Applications and Product Developers to find out a solution to best cover the requested demand scope (fulfilling customer requirements)
- Responsible for requirements management and overall responsibility for deliverables during Analysis
- Ensure, that Analysis phase will be completed within time
- Identification of necessary applications and units for the Solution Design
- Ensure - together with Architecture and Applications - END-TO-END compatible solution is found based on the given requirements
- Responsible for necessary Design Change requests and contact person for technical questions
- Support user acceptance test on technical or functional concerns
CRM Analyst technology requirements;
- SOA-Concepts
- UI Design
- Oracle DB
- Version Control (eg Clearcase, Subversion)
- ADM in Waterfall
- Agile
- Experience in CRM System design
- 7 to 10 years IT experience
- Strong IT skills in telecommunication sector
