For our client located in Essen, we are currently looking for a communication Specialist.

Tasks
- Gather, adapt, and transpose successful internal/external communication approaches
- Drive and own internal communications contents from the Markets Office
- Coordinate and harmonize content for internal communication of all Markets Office pillars-Marketing, Innovation, Digital as well as Products and Services
- Work in close collaboration with the Corporate Communications team acting as channel managers
- Develop and support use of group-wide customer centric and marketing communication standards and tools-design of language, content and look and feel for customer centric communication throughout the Markets Office organization.
- Create and deliver regular and engaging cross-regional marketing communications throughout the group incl. internal and external marketing best practices, customer stories, and customer experience and campaign results via newsletters, reports, Intranet postings, etc.
- Promote best practice sharing and mobilize culture change through regular experience shares and conferences
- Create regular reports to be shared with the board, other governance/steering groups, and units incl. solution management, sales, and distribution
- Represent the voice of the customer
- Design, organize, moderate and report Customer Immersion program for Group Management in collaboration with Global Customer Immersion function.
Required Skills
- University degree or similar qualification in communications, social sciences/economics or journalism, background in energy or retail business is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in corporate communications, experience with board communications
- Proven experience in project management in international environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Outstanding hands-on mentality and solution-oriented thinking, positive to change and flexible with the ability to adapt and reformulate plans as necessary
- Ability to structure, coordinate and manage manifold communications- and marketing demands within an international team and towards other external stakeholders.
- Excellent and quick in transferring business input into quality content
- Outstanding time management, communications and organizational/project management skills
- Ability to create and/or maintain, engage and influence a strong stakeholder network in a corporate environment
- Significant communications and stakeholder mgmt. experience at senior level and in an international setting
- Ability and passion to host customer sessions F2F/online, to engage with different audiences to increase their understanding of the customer needs and to spread the voice of the customer
- Professional user in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word
