Requirements
- Business administration degree with a focus on financial accounting. Sound knowledge in controlling/management accounting/computer science
- Several years of working experiences in enabling/support functions in Finance & Controlling eg management accounting, internal group reporting, etc.
- Several years of experience in business process transformation including SAP implementation projects with focus on SAP CO
- Technical expertise in the above mentioned areas, deep SAP knowledge and experience in business soft configuration and maintenance of specific SAP tables (eg OKB9)
- Experience in discussions with and implementation of requirements of any corporate controlling department (standard cost center hierarchy, cost element hierarchy), especially under the light of upcoming change initiatives, especially the upcoming Merial integration
- Persistence, flexibility and ability to work under pressure and to deal with shifting priorities in the area of Accounting to Reporting
- Experience in project management and in the guidance of international project teams. Ability to monitor and manage complex, large scale initiatives priorities in the area of Accounting to Reporting
- Knowledge and experience in the design and facilitation of workshops
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a variety of communication settings and styles as well as the ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
- Leadership skills in Matrix organization, problem solving and analytical skills
- Structured, result-oriented and self-starting working style
- Willingness to travel on regular basis (in peak times 50% and more) - Internationally minded
