Skills
- Minimum experience in Telecom Service fulfillment, Provisioning and activation
- hands on experience of Comptel InstantLink 8, BST 4, Macroset
- Liaising with clients in order to analyze business requirements and to define the scope of existing software, network provision
- Facilitate and assist in client engagement workshops to have clarity on the business requirements.
- Co-ordinate with the Technical Design teams to evaluate the technical feasibility of the requirements to be included in the implementation.
- Co-ordinate with the client to prioritize the business requirements for a particular release and define the acceptance criteria which will govern the offshore delivery.
- Analyze the system from end to end from the customers perspective and bring about operational improvements.
- Document the E2E process flows highlighting the sequence of interaction with the downstream components with a motive to reduce the order provisioning time and improve the end user experience.
- Communicate the benefit of new technology in term of both hard ware and software and how it can be beneficial for the client.
- Feasibility study and cost benefit analysis of replacing/updating the current components in the project architecture
