For one of our clients we are looking a:
- Business Analyst
Projekt- und Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:
Initial Situation:
DDM (Digital Document Management) Project has the objective to rollout the document storage tool FILENET globally.
The project requires a Process Analyst to support the defined deliverables.
Objective Service:
Support key workstream of the Digital Document Management project (E2E Business Process Management) as described within the approved Project Definition Document (PIDb).
Focus lies on supporting pilot rollouts and being the interface between business and IT.
Service Description:
- Support pilots and/or new rollouts (use case validation, user support)
- Capture any potential new requirements
- Finalize outstanding defects (coordinate retesting)
- create BRS for required document migartions
- Support Cube
- Filenet integration
Skill-Anforderungen:
- Profound experience in Business Analysis
- Years of Experience: min 5 years
- Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
- Filenet knowledge is an advantage
- Good people skills, Team Work, Self-motivated
- Fluent in English, French is an advantage
