Business Analyst:Regulatory change, English & German speaking, Investment Management, Investment Banking, Financial Services, EMIR, MiFID, TOM, Process Mapping
Our client, a well-known investment manager are seeking a contract Business Analyst to take a lead role in its MiFID II programme. The project will transgress both IT and business change so experience of as-is/to-be model definition (TOMs), gap analysis, process mapping and other business change BA techniques is important. Similarly, IT BA skills such as BRD and functional spec writing is also desirable. This person will work with international stakeholders in both the UK and Germany so language skills in German and English is essential.
The client is open to candidates from fund management, investment banking/capital markets, and from investor services/asset servicing background. They are also open to generic experience within risk/regulatory fields so candidates from non-MiFID backgrounds will be considers. The role subsequently offers a great opportunity to gain experience in an up and coming regulation where project work will continue for multiple years.
Candidates must be:
- Experienced in delivering Risk/Regulatory change in a Financial Services domain
- German and English speaking
- Strong Business Analysis skills, demonstrated over multiple end to end project life cycles
