PMO - support project planning with MS Project Server- German speaking
Whitehall resources are currently recruiting for a PMO for our client in Germany.

The role: support for project planning and reporting with the use of MS Project Server
* integration of the partial team planning with team leaders
* Consolidation of the plans of the sub-teams
* Coordination of the overall planning of the project management
* About support the project management in reporting
* Scheduling of releases (tasks, milestones)
* Expenditure planning (with generic resource external staff, planning of internal resources)
* Capacity planning, resource levelling based on teams
* Connection of the project plans to SAP (if necessary)
* Planning absence of resources
* Updating the plan (weekly)
* Team leader Report (weekly)
Profile:
* 3-6 years relevant experience
* PROJECT TOOLS, METHADOLOGIES, FRAMEWORKS (MS Project, CLARITY, UPM, ...)
* Experience in project planning and project control - must
* Very good knowledge MS Project - must
* Quick learner and structured way of working - must
* Good Office skills - must
* Sector expertise: public sector nice to have
* German Language in speaking and writing
Additional comments: There is a 50% availability, preferably distributed to 2.5 days/week, expected, with the candidate. Thursday should plan a full-day attendance. Hours per day - max. 10 hours billed.
