We are currently working with a Global Telecommunications organisation to recruit a Civil Works Supervisor. The role of the Civil Works Supervisor will be to ensure all proposals related to Telecoms sites are fully prepared in line with specified requirements.
Some of your responsibilities as a Civil Works Supervisor will be:
- Preparation of preliminary designs in line with customer requirement
- Scheduling and attending construction meetings
- Preparing the site inspections
- Ensuring Site inspections include matters pertaining to operational safety and cover items such as rack and room layouts, lightning protection and antenna layout etc
- Obtain acceptance of design engineering from customers
- Preparing site specific civil works orders
- Schedule and coordinate installation time-line
To be the successful Civil Works Supervisor you must demonstrate the following:
- Background within Construction Engineering
- Success within the completion of construction and installation of telecommunication sites
- Previous working knowledge of ACAD and Site controlling tools
