We have an immediate need for an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant for a 12 month contract in Frankfurt.
This is an English speaking role.
Role Description Summary
The Functional Analyst supports the analysis of business requirements received from Business Analysts and is responsible for translating these requirements into Functional Specifications and other deliverables required to enable solution development. The Functional Analyst also helps create and modify business-facing documentation such as user manuals and solution briefs.
Must have:
- Good knowledge SuccessFactors
- SuccessFactors licence is a plus
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Very good analytical skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with SAAS/Cloud solutions
- Knowledge of HR processes
- Experience test case design
