One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Business Analyst with Vendor Management System (SAP Fieldglass)

The Local Business Analyst (LBA) is responsible to present and be able to defend the Global VMS Template. The LBA will work with local stakeholders to make them understand the To Be External Resource process in order for local stakeholders to identify and communicate functional and technical issues that may appear locally. The local LBA is also responsible to engage with local data owners and coordinate the data migration activities from the local systems to the VMS system. The LBA reports to the Local Project Manager.
Secures the local implementation of the Global VMS Process and System template. Makes sure the Global Template is implemented as designed without any deviations Collects local Tax, Legal and Statutory (TLS) requirements Coordinates the collection, cleansing and validation of the data to be migrated into VMS system Assess any functional and technical local deviations from the Global template and propose in collaboration with local stakeholders workarounds for these deviations Works close with the local stakeholders to gather the required Business data and populate the Configuration Work Book Coordinates and executes data migration activities during Test phase and Go-Live Execute and support testing (SIT/UAT). Creates in collaboration with local stakeholders local functional and integration specific test cases Execute in collaboration with local SMEs any adjustments on the current process Participates in the execution of Cutover activities Perform post go live support/Hypercare Experience in Oracle PA and AP modules, ideally in GFS application would be a benefit Knowledge in Procurement, Finance and Delivery Able to travel internationally on a frequent basis (Global template rollout) > not applicable for all regions/countries Will be trained in Fieldglass to become a functional specialist in the tool.
