Task:Specification of Services - Business Process Management in Sales and distribution
- Analyze and discuss business requirements and identify business improvements
- Workshop organization with implementation / rollout project team and the business
- Design workshops for sales and logistic processes and workshops for redesign of existing processes
- Define BDP business processes for template improvements (elevators) and for the template design (escalators)
- Facilitate change process to document and ensure efficient change implementation
- Verify, monitor and document business processes after solution implementation
- Define with the business Business Blueprints and challenge template and business processes
- Assure usage of existing BDP template processes or align new BDP processes
- Support integration and user acceptance tests
- Support and enhance usage of mobile device management in logistic processes like picking, packing, consolidation.
- Support in elaborating industry 4.0 improvements and BDP solutions
Project Description - Supply chain management of elevator and escalator manufacturing plants in Europe, China, India and America.
- Ongoing BPM activities for plants with aligned logistic and production processes (4 plants)
- Redesign SCM organization of elevator division in Europe
- Elevator template redesign / adaptation and roll-out in 4 plants in Europe
- Process design, template design and template rollout for 2 plants of escalator division in China and Europe
Requirements (Must have):
BPM, SCM, Design/ Redesign as required for the tasks
