The customer is running a transformation program mainly focusing on behavior, leadership and culture changes within the Business IT to cope with the given challenges of the business and the market.The program contains several sub-projects, a project team of 12 team members and is covering all international Business IT regions.
The design & analysis phase of the program is currently being finalized before the implementation phase will be started during the next days. We are short-term looking for a member of the Program Management Office who will act in a steering, coordinating and supporting role for the Program Lead and the project team. Working in an international environment and with executives up to board level is part of the role.
Anforderung:
MS PowerPoint ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
PMO (Program Management Officer) ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
Projektmanagement +++ (good), 2-4 yrs.
Soft-Skills:
- High motivation and enthusiasm for the topic
- Enjoying working in an international environment
- Strong communication skills in English (and German)
- "Can do" attitude to push things forward and create visible results
- Able to work under time pressure
Fach-Skills:
- Strong experience in Powerpoint
- Good experiences in projects or similar PMO-role
