Customer Onboarding & Maintenance (CO-M) project - Content Project Officer
Field of activity
Project Office support for a group-wide project which aims to improve client relations and increase efficiencies through streamlining of the customer onboarding and maintenance processes across the group.
Tasks/responsibilities
-Support Project Management with focus on management and project content activities
-Coordinate and support the creation of the business requirement analysis document
-Ensure correctness and timeliness of project plan incl. monitoring milestones of other requirements that are important for own project milestones
-Identify and evaluate project risks and issues and monitor respective activities to mitigate project risks
-Draft management presentations and project internal status reporting
-Prepare, participate in and document project meetings
-Budget management and reporting
-Administrative tasks as required
-Ensure quality of PMO standards and procedures in the project
Qualifications/required skills
-Experience with project office tasks; ability to multi-task
-Knowledge of at least one PM methodology required eg PMI, Prince, etc.
-Confident use of Microsoft Office; advanced skills in PowerPoint required
-Experience with MS-Project desired
-Experience with budget management of projects
-Highly motivated and engaging nature, positively assertive
-Ability to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of reliability/flexibility
-Team player with good communication skills
-Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills would be an advantage
