Roc Search is currently recruiting for a Performance Test Lead for a client of mine based in Frankfurt, Germany.
Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Job Type: 12 months Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: Market
Key Responsibilities:
* Overall management of Performance testing;
* Ability to analyze complex Performance problems and design solutions;
* Ability to co-ordinate multi-vendor, multi location team;
* Analyze future needs with respect to hardware/software;
* Educate the managers, team on the importance of performance design and documentation;
Requirements:
* Skills required: Loadrunner, GH Performer
* Good working knowledge of the following:
- optimize the software performance with a given hardware and software configuration
- analyze the performance issues using log files| test results| heap dumps| thread dumps and other profiling data and coming up with observations/recommendations with Industry best practices
* The candidate should have experience in transition, provide solutions, design and manage overall performance team across the projects.
