Beschreibung

- support all Network operation processes
- Anomaly Review Boards
- Configuration Change Boards providing coordination across all Ops teams on issues/changes
- supporting information transfer to ESA/Segment
- supporting Anomaly Report/Configuration Change Request implementation planning and follow-on fix/change validations, including status of expected level-2/3 fixes affecting mission services and associated incidents liaise with both Galileo Control Center at Germany (GCC-D) and Galileo Control Center Italia (GCC-I) network operation teams
- ensuring harmonization of Mission Segment (MDDN), Satellite Segment (SDDN), MPLS/V-SAT based WAN network (GDDN) operation processes and documentation across sites responsible for classified and unclassified network operation procedure definition and maintenance (including Security Operations Plan/Procedures covered by SOPvol 6 document) interface to GfR, Telespazio and Network providers (AD&S/SDDN, TAS-F/MDDN and BT/GDDN) on any LAN/WAN related issue and coordinates and harmonize inputs from all SPO teams on Network related topics
- follow-up the deployment planning and scheduling of Network assets and analyzes impacts to operations activities of changes on GDDN and Segment Network development
- Manages the interface between Full Operational Capability (FOC) System Design and Validation Plan & ODP identify and follow-up cross-Galileo Control Centers Network operations and security engineering improvements and injects input into the Ground Control Segment (GCS) as part of the SDDN/Ground Mission Segment (GMS) as part of the MDDN /System documents and meetings support Segments/System/Operation formal Reviews/Boards coordinating SPO inputs (e.g. presentations, Review Item Discrepancy (RIDs) on the topic of Network support GDDN/ Network Element Reviews/Boards review SLA performance based on respective reporting interface with other SPO Engineering roles and activities (e.g. GCS, GMS, Key Management Facilities (KMF), System and Security) - System Engineering +

- Extensive experience in ITLAN and WAN MPLS and V SAT networks as well as formal interface management
- English - fluent, both in speech and writing
- German - fluent
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural team but also independently and in a pro-active manner
