Main tasks:
- Conduct design thinking workshop with key stakeholders in the UX research phase to produce user personas documents with needs/goals/challenges for different user groups. Create user journey, information architecture, user flow, task flow, wireframes, visual designs, design prototypes, and design specifications for the development team.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team and data scientist in the entire phase of the design.
- Expertise in designing user interfaces based on the latest design trends of UI/UX/Interaction design and design refinement through an iterative process.
- Expertise in cross-platform design experience (Mobile App/web-based responsive/ desktop app)
- Hands-on expertise in using tools such as Abode XD, Figma, Sketch
Main qualifications
- Professional experience in the development of innovative user interfaces with very good knowledge of design processes and UX design (design thinking, usability evaluation, user cases, user scenarios & flows as well as wireframing), ideally in a (digital) agency environment with a meaningful portfolio.
- You have a degree in communication design, web design, visual design, media design or a comparable field and experience in conception, wireframing, interaction design and storyboarding
- You successfully lead products through concept phase, wireframing, design and finally also accompany them during implementation
- Solid and hands-on project experience in responsive web design projects
- You have a strong interest and enthusiasm for digital trends and web technologies. Ideally, you have experience with cross-device applications Freely usable
