Aufgabenbeschreibung:
INTRO
The Retail Transformation and channel initiative team is a function within Retail which is a part of the global sales department. Retail is responsible for multiple channels which are: own Retail, Factory Outlets and Franchise stores.
The retail transformation and channel initiative team primarily develops and drives the cross-functional initiatives, projects and roadmap of retail transformation. Ensure its alignment and implementation by working together with the other retail functions, Business Development/PMO and markets. The team also acts as the conduit between markets and global for Channel topics to ensure that key requirements for commercial success are met. Lead a culture of sharing and adopting best practice across markets.
The ultimate goal of this service is to provide a clear structure around the various projects for retail transformation and drive these projects with a high level of collaboration taking into account the various complexities.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION
- Define and drive Project Plan
- Manages Execution of Project Plan
- Facilitate problem Solving, decision making and implementation in the functional area of Retail Merchandising & Analytics and the relevant new system/tool implementations.
- Enable communication between stakeholders
- Build presentations to be presented to various stakeholders
- Provides and captures updates to various stakeholder at regular intervals
- Use Smartsheet and other PM tools to document process.
- Create and manage a calendar template that is visually friendly for all parts of the team for various deliverables (e.g. Smartsheet calendar app, excel based, etc).
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Experience working in complex project with multiple workstreams and multiple department and geographies
- Retail or eCommerce merchandising/product planning experience
- Project Management tools (e.g smartsheet, powerpoint, inDesign)
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Outspoken, confident, and quick learner
- Able to visualize complex process
- Bachelor’s degree or PMP certified
- Excellent presentation design and delivery skills
