Expert Webstrategy & Implementation (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Independent strategy and implementation Consulting for definition of a new Web presence (incl. related Digital Services & underlying platforms/processes) for a DAX30 company
- Technical expertise and Web strategy advisory (incl. preparation of RFI/RFP process) needed
- Taking on (after de-briefing) history and learnings around Web
- Review of existing IT infrastructure (focus open CMS) and interfaces, together with internal IT experts
- Review an existing feature roadmap, prepared by Business Stakeholders, Web Team and IT (pure functional focus)
- Map high level requirements towards different stages of Maturity (e.g. Adobe Roadmap towards stage 5)
- Helping with identification of existing (organizational-, skill-wise) gaps (towards future Web capabilities), based on already conducted McKinsey recommendations for digital platform target organization (e.g. Cloud experience, etc.)
- Deriving a structured plan to staff those capabilities, as they become (roadmap-wise) available
- Overall result: concrete recommendation for a Lane 3 system implementation, with first details on IT Infrastructure measures, including a staggered approach for shifting from existing to new environment (considering also additional external resource needs, depending on solution selected)
Main qualifications
- Experience in Webstrategy and Implementation using Adobe Experience Cloud (Content Mgmt. System, Digital Asset Mgmt. etc.) and Drupal
- Large-scale implementations of new Web solutions (incl. track record)
- Deep technical and strategic/market understanding web existing solutions (e.g. Adobe, Drupal, etc.)
