Task:• Project Management for international and national environments
• Interfacing with the Overall costumer project lead
• Interfacing with costumer account delivery team for client counterparts
• Interfacing with customer counterparts of costumer
Scope of work:
• Main PM tasks include:
o Project Integration Management
- E.g. planning, directing and managing the Project execution
o Project Scope Management
- E.g. developing and maintaining the Work Breakdown Structure
o Project Time Management
- E.g. developing and maintaining the Project schedule
o Project Cost Management
- E.g. estimating, budgeting, and controlling costs
- Project Quality Management
- E.g. determining quality policies, objectives, and responsibilities
o Project Human Resource Management
- E.g. organizing, managing, and leading the project team
o Project Communications Mgmt.
- E.g. planning communications, governance, and distributing information
o Project Risk Management
- E.g. identifying, analyzing, response planning, and monitoring and controlling of risks
o Driving the project goals and subjects with attention on
- project timeline
- project financials
- resource planning
- customer relationship
- customer communication
- quality of project deliverables
o Planning and steering of project related work streams
- Work items
- Progress
- Milestones
- Critical path
- Risk management
o Moderation of meetings with different groups
o Communication interface between costumer and the project team members
o Participation in meetings with costumer and reporting to project team members and stakeholders
o Costumer internal escalation, if necessary
Requirements (Must have):
• Aggressive time planning by customer
• Technology changes affecting design & schedule, highly dynamic
• International, virtual team; partly “politics” impacting the project
• Project planning done only in limited manner (to be organized and structured)
Nice to have:
• Complex technical solution (technical AD and Exchange background of advantage)
• Security Clearance (Ü1)
Environment/Miscellaneous:
Regularly onsite in Ottobrunn (up to 50%)
