For our client, we are currently looking for an Error Manager (m/f/d).Start: ASAP
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6 months + extension
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Interface between Solution and ART
• Improvement in ticket throughput speed and error handling
• Overall overview of ART and Solution error count and status
• Initial assessment of the ticket quality
• Technical evaluation and forwarding to the responsible dev team or routing back to the ticket creator for correction
• Tracking of ticket processing
• Reporting on the different ticket statuses
Experience:
• Good understanding of defect management
• Experience in documentation, ticketing and reporting tools
• Experience with Jira & Confluence
• Good technical understanding of system integration
• Experience in automotive domain is a plus
• Good English and German skills
