# Project description
The services of the contractor (service provider) are provided for a project where new possibilities and ways for enterprise integration, for API management, for intelligent solutions of modern software architectures are sought. Where is the market heading in this area, who offers the most innovative approaches? Which providers have the highest degree of maturity, especially for integration in the enterprise sector? The project is intended to evaluate the API management solutions available on the market and evaluate them according to criteria to be defined.
# Service description
• Conducting the market study with the assistance of experts to evaluate the API management platforms available on the market
• Responsible for the technical description of the requirements, creation of a catalogue of criteria, evaluation of the responses and development of a ranking.
• Preparation and presentation of the prioritized results from the market study with regard to the criteria and API strategy defined in the project
• Market analysis of available platform providers based on the criteria defined in the project profile
• Definition of platform requirements with expert support in the context of API strategy and corporate requirements
• Creation of an evaluation matrix and criteria based on the categories defined in the project profile (cost, quality, technology, vision)
• Evaluation of the API platforms available on the market compared to the existing solution
• Project management for the market study
• Committee communication regarding project status, milestones, project results and expenses
# Must requirements:*
• Experience with different API management solutions in at least 2 projects (practical experience must be proven by CV)
• Practical experience in the selection and implementation of an API management solution in at least one project. (Practical experience must be proven by CV)
• 5 years of experience in management and cooperation with specialist departments and IT service providers, stakeholder management (practical experience must be proven by CV)
• Architectural competence in the context of service development in at least 2 projects (practical experience must be proven by the CV)
• Experience in project management on at least 2 projects (practical experience must be proven by CV)
