- Embedded software development for Linux devices that are connected in a modular IOT ecosystem (open source development in Yocto)
- Creation of security features for the different systems in use
- Providing technical service for the embedded systems, as well as debugging
- Preparation and creation of monthly reports regarding updates and releases
Job specification
- A degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Several years of experience in the development of embedded systems with C++, ideally in industrial projects or product development environments
- Deep knowledge in Linux system environments (devicetree, Yocto bitbake layers, recipes, bsp and u-boot)
- Experience in developing IoT systems and their architecture, knowledge of hardware development (design, simulation) is beneficial
- Good language skills in German and English, both written and spoken
