Simulink/MATLAB Developer – (Model Based Design) Medical Devices – HessenMy client, who develops ventilation and oxygen supply systems within the Medical Device industry are looking for a MATLAB/Simulink Developer with an emphasis on expertise in Simulink. Strong knowledge in Model-Based Design is particularly sought after by my client. The need for this candidate is ASAP, with interviews already arranged for early next week.
Located northwest of Frankfurt, my client will require the successful candidate to work 100% onsite given the sensitive nature of the medical equipment needed to be developed.
My client is initially offering a 6 month contract with a strong possibility of extension moving into the 12 month bracket.
Must haves:
• Matlab/Simulink expertise with a particular knowledge in Simulink.
• Model-Based Design expertise.
Tasks:
• Your main task is the conception, further development and maintenance of software projects in the healthcare sector.
• You are intensively involved in the development of future-oriented medical products and implement new features.
• You develop Model-Based Software with MATLAB/Simulink.
• The creation of test concepts and test cases on system, integration and unit level is also part of your tasks.
• Through reviews & documentations you ensure the high-quality requirements of our products.
What we want from you:
• You have several years of professional experience in Model-Based Software development
• You are confident in handling functions with MATLAB/Simulink, and code generation with Embedded Coder.
• You have basic knowledge of the programming languages C/C++.
• Medical industry is a bonus though not essential.
• English speaking, German Is beneficial.
