Working Hours (20h/30h/40h): 25-40h(only!) Must have skills:
- 6-12 years (maximum) Experience in the following key areas: Sales process, marketing process, customer service process (Vertriebsprozess, Marketingprozess, Kundendienstprozess)
- Furthermore: Business Analysis, Requirements Management, Supplier Management (Business Analysis, Anforderungsmanagement, Zulieferermanagement)
- You will need platform specific knowledge of (pref. worked with and evaluated different ones): CRM, ERP, E-Commerce, Web, Analytics
Your main goal: Translate needs for external development and manage service providers in the implementation. (Bedarf für externe Entwicklung zu übersetzen und Dienstleister in der Umsetzung zu steuern)

Additional Information:
- You have solid experience in tender management and service provider management.
- You have been leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic business goals for at least three years and have a track record of measurable results
- You have at least three years' experience in operational project management and are familiar with different project implementation methods (waterfall, hybrid, agile).
- You have sufficient technical experience to assess the quality of core project components (e.g.: Functional Solution Design, Technical Design Documents, Database Design, etc.).
- Your repertoire includes critical thinking and questioning of all requirements (5-Why's) as well as holistic E2E thinking ("Connect the dots") between business and IT initiatives.
Project Goal and Tasks:
You will play a key role in translating companies commercial omnichannel digitalisation strategy into implementation packages and monitoring their quality assurance.
To this end, you communicate at management level in the specialist areas of marketing, sales, after-sales, customer service and telesales as their IT Business Partner / IT Demand Manager (m/f/d)
You will identify business strategies and derive appropriate business requirements, which you will coordinate with the departments and report to or coordinate with the management and the CIO.
You create business cases and ROI calculations for the business goals and strategies, which serve as input for budget planning.
For the targeted business capabilities, you will create business process blueprints and high-level solution architectures for the application groups ERP, CRM, ECOM (webshop), customer service including telephony integration, business intelligence, big data & IoT
From the business requirements, you create specifications and tenders for IT service providers in order to obtain commercial offers for project implementations
You evaluate the quality and the operational and financial risks of the offers and prepare recommendations for the management level
You will take over operational IT project implementation management and operational implementation for selected strategic projects and ensure completion according to criteria of time, budget and quality
You are responsible for the quality and sustainability of the delivered IT solutions
You work closely with a respective product owner (m/f/d) from the specialist area and a technical solution architect (m/f/d) and report directly to the CIO
