Hello,A super-exciting client who helps people turn ordinary moments into extraordinary learning opportunities with their unique product is looking for an Engineering Manager who may have previous experience as a Project Manager. My client has grown over the last few years from a startup to an established company with a wide range of clients.
You will be the interface between the tech lead and the developers and support the company in process optimisation, taking it to the next level!

Tasks/Skills
- Quality assurance of the processes, as well as process optimisation
- Keeping DevOps metrics in mind
- Ensure compliance with high standards (use of Swarmia, etc.)
- Provide feedback to web team engineers (suggest improvements to processes, technical work, etc.)
- Performance evaluation (Leapsome, etc.)
- Nice-to-have: Backend experience with Ruby & Javascript know-how
