2. Project description:
Our team has undergone a migration of SAP ERP Systems from onPremises to SAP Business on HANA and in MS Azure. We plan to further improve our Roadmap by assessing our Customers Requirements and improving our Support Model.
The services mentioned in the task description will be provided within the framework of an agile development method.

3. Background to the assignment:
We also have BW, GRC, Solution Manager, ISU, PO SAP systems with a focus on optimizing SAP on Azure.
Uniper runs solution manager as central lifecycle management tool and also SAP Cloud Platform (SAP Business Technology Platform) for Fiori apps, Integration, Odata Services, integration of Ariba, Onapsis and SuccessFactors. In this project we are working with a framework of an agile development method to optimize our plattform. The plan is to harmonize different teams and tools for better monitoring our systems on different layers. (Linux Cloud, Hana, Network…) so Uniper needs external expertise in SAP Cloud Monitoring because Uniper does not have it´s own employees with sufficient expertise and needs this process optimization from external expertise.
Because of this, the external consultant has a unique position compared to the client's internal project staff and provides significantly different services than the internal staff.
Our international (ENG, GER) unit is very heterogenous (ca. 14 different areas), mainly focusing on SAP based solutions and strongly following the ITIL Framework.
4. Detailed description of the agile method/services:
The services shall be provided within the framework of an agile development method. The concrete activities required in each case to implement the services commissioned shall be agreed iteratively between the parties within the framework of sprint meetings and implemented by the consultant within the respective sprints following the sprint meetings. Prior to each sprint meeting, the consultant shall independently check, on the basis of its professional expertise, which individual services are reasonable and feasible within the scope of the assignment in the respective sprint. The sprints each have a duration of [1 month], so that the sprint meetings take place at intervals of 1 weeks. Within the individual sprints, the contracting parties shall coordinate the respective technical requirements for the services to be provided in daily meetings in order to achieve the compatibility of the individual components of SAP Cloud Monitoring. The technical requirements for the services to be provided are assessed by the consultant on the basis of its own technical assessment. After completion of a Sprint, the Parties shall conduct a ?Sprint Review'' in which the consultant as developer reports on the feasibility and status of the services performed by it in the previous Sprint and makes a recommendation on how to proceed with regard to the services that proved to be unfeasible in the respective Sprint. All of the meetings and exchanges described above shall take place exclusively in the presence of a central contact person named by Uniper, who shall coordinate the project on our internal side. The organisation and scheduling of the meetings described above in which the consultant is involved shall be organised and carried out by the consultant and coordinated with Uniper.
5. Task description
The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are performed independently:
? Provide expertise in cloud SaaS and PaaS architectures, patterns and service offerings across Microsoft Azure and SAP Cloud Platform.
? Optimize and manage highly available and performance, cost-effective, scalable and secure systems on the major cloud platform Azure for the SAP Systems PGC, P81 and P88
For this, creation of an overview and optimize the available Monitoring, Reporting and Contacts from the different tools in Azure
? Create an overview about the SAP Business Technology Platform to show our applications from P81, PGC and P88 and connected data, versions and business processes.
? Optimization the service modelling of SAP on Azure for using ITIL framework.
? Definition of KPI’s to measure services using applications in Solutionmanager and ServiceNOW.
? Definition of automated Front to End monitoring to address application/system health checks to both recommend and execute required remedial actions in achieving a stable and resilient platform. This Monitoring will be tested from Uniper and other Provider
? Optimization and configuration of SAP Landscape based on best practices to achieve simplicity, massive scale, resiliency and maintainability.
? Technical Consultancy for running SAP Workloads on Azure, and developing/further optimizing SAP on Cloud Adoption Model plus providing appropriate recommendations to overcome blockers.
? Prepare the ERP Systems for S/4 Hana Readiness by implementing SAP recommendations and best practice guidance from SAP
? Engage, influence, and improve our learning, including participation and driving best practices and principles based on industry experience and trends.

Skills:
Must have:
Good Azure architecture knowledge
At least a bit SAP Hana knowledge
Good English skills
At least a bit knowledge of technical background to understand e.g. error messages popping up
