at least six or more years of work experience in the areas of IT Solution Architecture & Design, IT Solution Delivery or IT Solution Development
solid experience in the areas of tender management and service provider management
At least 3 years of experience in operational IT infrastructure & solution design, DevOps, IT security, data management, cloud engineering and web applications
critical thinking and questioning of all requirements (5 Whys) as well as holistic E2E thinking ("Connect the dots") between business and IT initiatives
You deal with project methods - such as waterfall, hybrid, agile - in a solid manner
You know common IT solution life cycle management and IT architecture models

Project Goal and Tasks:
You are significantly responsible for transferring digitalization strategy in the area of commercial "omnichannel" into a holistic technology platform concept and implementing effective software solutions based on it
To this end, you will communicate at the management level in the specialist departments of marketing, sales, after-sales, customer service, telesales and IT demand management as their technological contact person
You will elicit the technological requirements from the business architecture for the creation of a sustainable and seamlessly integrated digital platform with regard to functional requirements, automated processes, integrated solutions, and data, taking into account common IT frameworks, best practices, and IT security standards.
As a "quality gate", you approve software solutions for implementation and report the progress to the management and the CIO. In doing so, you overlook the IT software solutions as a whole ("Governance") and create the IT platform roadmap using common IT solutions life-cycle management models.
you create holistic concepts in the subject areas "IT Infrastructure", "IT Solution Development", "IT Operation", "IT Governance", "IT Security" and "Platform Architecture"; from these, you derive the necessary measures
You proactively establish methodical "quality gates" to ensure effective and cost-efficient implementation of IT solutions - from the request to the takeover in the operational business (e.g.: Vendor-Evaluation-Matrix, Definition-Of-Done, Platform Operation etc.).
You will provide the framework and act as a (transformation) coach for internal departments.
In the "Commercial Omnichannel" business area, you are technologically responsible for the domains ERP, CRM, ECOM (webshop), Customer Service including telephony integration, Business Intelligence, Big Data & IoT. You collect the technological requirements for the product development and transfer them to the work packages for the development.
You are responsible for the quality and sustainability of the delivered IT solutions in view of a holistically integrated digital IT platform for our client.
