For our location in Munich/Germany we are looking to hire experienced, German speaking Business Analysts/Process Consultants with automotive background for different customer engagements to strengthen our existing team.
Your Responsibilities
• Planning and execution of requirement analysis in the context of production planning / manufacturing simulation / factory planning
• Prioritization and detailing of business requirements together with the Product Owner
• Supporting the Product Owner of our customer
• Support of concept- and MVP-Phases for new IT applications
• Transformation of the business requirements in technical requirements
• Creation of business concepts / specifications / user stories
• Takeover (sub)project management responsibilities
Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT industry / Automotive Industry
• Strong experiences in automotive processes and methods, software tools Jira and Confluence
• Agile Scrum, DevOps
• Distinctive communication skills, independence, and team spirit
• Result oriented, reliable communication, analytic and conceptual capabilities, problem solving skills
• Active listening and profound analysis of business requirements
• Very strong German language skills, both spoken and written. Applicants without German language skills we unfortunately can’t consider for this customer facing role!
• Very strong English language skills
