Für unser Team bei unserem Kunden suchen wir eine/n RFQ Manager (m/w/d) im Bereich Telekommunikation/MobilfunkAufgaben:
- Creating the structure for the successful completion of a RFQ
- Determine RFQ priorities and policies
- Creation and execution of tools, procedures and criteria for the evaluation of multiple quotations
- Coordination of the functional streams for the creation of contract documents
- Professional advice on further functional needs and application requirements arising during the RFQ
- Gather documents and coordinate the necessary activities between legal departments and procurement
- Professional advice on the budget planning based on actual requirements and future needs
- Professional advice on the creation of KPIs to measure the future performance of the prospective vendors
- Coordinate the RFQ responses and conduct technical down select
- Coordinate the contract negotiations including the agreement of text to be used within contracts
- Coordinate the commercial negotiations between customer and prospective vendors
Must Haves:
- Als spezifische Erfahrung werden Kenntnisse von Aktiven Test Systemen für Festnetz und Mobilfunk benötigt.
- At least experience of 3 large scale RFI, RFP and RFQ projects
- Deep knowledge of RFI, RFP & RFQ procedures including best practices
- Knowledge of the Telco industry
- Knowledge of DevOps operating model
- Experience with working in agile environment with multicultural teams
- Experience with contract management
- Experience with creating and adapting contracts
- Knowledge of Microsoft products
