Support software infrastructure and documentation of xxx product family. This includes software for xxx Analyzer and xxx Rise. Both systems are intended for in vitro diagnostic use and provide diagnostic results on infections. Both include an embedded PC with touch display that hosts the software, which needs to be documented in accordance with safety class C or B of IEC 62304.Position Description
- You are part of our international team of software engineers, testers and software architects who are working on complex systems in the regulated environment
- With your expertise you are supporting the frictionless integration of build steps
- You are developing the existing build infrastructure further and increasing the efficiency of our CI pipeline for Java and web applications for embedded, Linux based system
- You are maintaining and enhancing the monitoring of the infrastructure, which is supporting you at the discovery and solving of bottlenecks within the build infrastructure
- You are contributing to the creation and maintenance of necessary documentation according to the regulated environment
Position requirements
- Professional qualifications or higher education in software engineering
- 5+ years of experience in the DevOps field/environment
- Ideally experience in a regulated environment (e.g. automotive, medical engineering, aviation)
- Good Knowledge of the SCM tools
o Jenkins
o Ansible
o Gradle
o Artifactory
o SonarCube
o Windows Server Build VMs as build clients in Azure
o Bitbucket with Git repository
- Experienced in customizing Ubuntu/Debian systems as runtime environment of the applications
- Familiarity with Docker, Jira and Confluence would be beneficial
Additional skills:
- Capability to work independently with limited information
- Good knowledge of English language
