In this role, you will apply your knowledge and experience in mobile app design and platform best practices to help Google Play partners optimize their offerings for Android. You will work with developers directly by providing consultation to improve their apps. To excel in this role, you must have a keen eye on usability, design and gameplay, as well as expertise in cross-device optimization and monetization best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams on day-to-day execution, as well as provide insights to improve internal processes and operations related to partner support.
- Experience with developing and/or testing mobile apps and games running across multiple device form factors and providing technical and editorial feedback.
- Strong technical and business communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally on day-to-day execution with teams based around the globe, as well as provide insights to improve business processes related to internal and partner support
- understanding of mobile UX design
- Hands-on experience with quality testing and performance analysis tools for mobile, such as Android Vitals, Firebase Test Lab, Play Pre-launch reports, Crashlytics, or other tools.
- knowledge of one or more programming/scripting languages, such as Java, JavaScript, Kotlin or Python.
