Profession: Commercial, business administration, controlling background incl. experience in sales planning, material planning, plant logistics, procurement strongly recommended* Analyze component run-out data sheets to identify part shortages
* Calculate component coverage for finished goods of a dedicated OEM customer by determine lowest denominator and the maximum production quantity for a 12 weeks horizon
* In case of shortages, regular communication to procurement, material planning and plant management to identify potential solutions to close the gaps
* Creation of forecast overviews for customer communication
* Participation and support of customer communication
* Regular / daily alignment with Harman’s OEM sales team on demand/actual forecast data
* Fluent in business English due to communication with Harman colleagues in Hungary, USA and potentially Mexico
* High sense of responsibility, working self-sufficient in the area of planning, controlling and data aggregation
* Minimum 3-6 years’ experience in controlling / logistics / material planning environment
* Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel), Knowledge of SAP and potentially of Qlik Sense is an advantage
* Ability to analyze, to communicate and to present
* Ability to work under pressure
