My client is a successful eCommerce Food and Beverage start up with 40+ office locations across 10 countries. Founded in 2011, just shy of one decade later, my client is now worth over 1.5 billion Euros! My client is hungry to expand and seeking experienced DevSecOps Engineers.We are looking to place established and experienced DevSecOps Engineers to support the ambitious expansion plans that my client has for their eCommerce presence. In this exciting position, the suitable candidate will implement the necessary security procedures in the DevOps team. This ranges from planning and developing to implementing the security features to the final product.
What will you be working on?
• System logging, monitoring, and alerting security breaches/issues
• Drive DevSecOps automation and apply DevSecOps methodology
• Maintain close relationships and collaborate with supporting engineering teams to assure continuous delivery. A high level of communication is required!
• You will be using some essential DevSecOps tools such as Codacy, Sonarqube and Logz.io
• Proactively looking for system optimisation opportunities to improve cloud security
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and its security model
• Provide support for IaC through using AWS, ensuring constant maintenance of managing and raising issues in the servers.
• Ability to use small but more frequent code to allow more accurate testing and overall system security.
