Your Skills
- More than 8 years of experience in operations and/or application operations
- Experience as an operations / applications manager
- Has successfully managed small teams in the past
- Experience in the banking industry
- Experience with SAS Data Integration studio (SAS DI)
- Experience with most of the technologies of the client's technolgy stack: Linux, Windows, MS SQL, SAS DI, MS SSIS, Appian, $Universe, Power BI, Azure DevOps Pipelines
- Fluent German and English, spoken / verbal and written, negotiating skills
Your Tasks
- The IFRS17 product team is looking for an experienced application operations manager for the nonSAP part of the solution.
- The operations manager will be heading a specialist operations team with focus on stable operations.
- Coordinates all activities around infrastructure across all environments
- Responsible for compliant operations, continuous improvement of infrastructure related tools/processes (Monitoring etc.)
- Manages communication with base infrastructure services (Windows, Linux, SQL, Appian etc.)
- Defines and establishes operations processes in alignment with IFRS17 lead team
- Facilitates application lifecycle activities
- Coordinate Service Application Management (Incident Management 2nd / 3rd level incidents)
- Processing Monitoring & Error Management
- Access Management, Auditability & VAIT
- Security Management
