Requirement:
• Bachelor of Engineering / Technology / Science
• 11+ years of experience supporting Microsoft systems (Windows 7, 8.1,10) in IT Infrastructure function.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Command on ITSM processes.
• Strong ITIL knowledge
• Experience in master scheduling, tracking, monitoring, and streamlining the processes
• Inventory management basics
• Project Management experience – PMP, Agile, Prince 2
Responsibilities:
• More than 2 years of experience using Service Now.
• Its good to have awareness of latest technologies and trends along with Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Must have the ability to identify and instill industry best practices and Proven Customer Service skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• You will work closely with PMO on short/long term IT Project implementations.
• You will Work directly with Delivery SPOCs and client Business users on IT requirements
Contract length: 6 months
