Liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen,wir suchen einen PMO (m/w/d) mit folgendem Schwerpunkt:
1. Demand and Capacity Management (DeCap)
• Monitoring and steering of the business and IT demands queue
• Moderation of cross-teams meet-ups to find an agreed upon estimation for planed business and IT demands
• Tracking of demands lifecycle from lead to order to delivery
• Cross-Groups planning and resource management with respect to available capacities, re-planning in case of overrunning capacities
• Rolling wave planning in case of Fastlane orders or reprioritization of demands
• Gathering of resource engagement reporting from delivery groups
2. Cost Controlling and Management
• Defining structures and templates on cost planning, steering and monthly monitoring
• Monitoring of financial KPIs e.g., linear forecast vs. estimated-to-complete (ETC), capacity costs with respect to internal vs. external engagement, planed vs. as-is
• Moderation of monthly Forecast meetups with engagement of Service Owners and Group Leaders incl. consistency check and tracking of issue lists
• Close cooperation with the Group Controlling
3. Quality Management and Issue Tracking
• Gathering and review of decision templates to be delivered to IT Approvals, Top Service Reviews, Decision Boards
• Design of PPT templates for project status, dashboards, capacity overviews, business cases among others
• Consistency cross-checks regarding deliverables, milestones, KPIs over Status Reports
• Tracking of open issue lists and managing delivery expectations in close cooperation with group leaders
