Fluent German and English mustIT Recruiter (mwd) Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for independently managing the entire recruiting process for SAP positions and conducting initial interviews.
You will develop requirement profiles and define suitable search strategies in close cooperation with the specialist departments and HR managers.
You identify candidates, e.g. using Boolean search operators, and conduct direct approaches to suitable candidates.
You will build a candidate network using events, social media (e.g. LinkedIN, Facebook, Stack Overflow, etc.) and share HR-relevant content here (e.g. employee videos, job ads, employer branding, etc.).
