I am looking for 2 x IT AnalystsProject Context:
In our continuous efforts to improve our security baseline we are deploying a modern solution that enables our users to have a secured access to our PMI Applications - any time, from anywhere, using any device. This new feature is the first step in our journey towards a password-less experience!
Password spraying and phishing are the most common means of hacking accounts and breaching corporate networks. Keeping users’ information & PMI’s information secure, is something that is taken seriously in our company. Thus, by implementing Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) we will ensure that in the event of passwords being compromised, PMI accounts, as well as user’s information will be secured and not get compromised.
In order to successfully deploy the Azure MFA we need support to complete the discovery of several systems/applications’ ecosystem and the IT Analyst will play the key role in running the surveys with the system owners.
Duration: Project/ Freelance based - ~6months
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Experience:
1-2 years of IT Support experience in a multi-cultural, fast moving environment
Familiarity with AD, AzureAD or authentication
Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks and requests simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a global environment with frequent communications with Global IT teams
Highly Customer focus oriented
Ability to work independently in a timely, organized, methodical manner
Task and results oriented
Fluent in English
Responsibilities:
Follow up with Service Managers for Surveys’ feedback
Capture Surveys feedback from the MS Forms etc.
Translate the technical details and provide input to the workstreams’ teams and the Data Analyst
Work closely with the Technical SMEs
